Aside from indexers there are also a lot of investors that employ leverage. OTC stocks require 100% margin, so it's difficult to incorporate them in a leveraged portfolio. Listing on an exchange should also improve liquidity which also helps those investors.
Thank you Sam! I’m not aware of management’s thought about listing on Nasdaq or another exchange, but it is true that FFBB would go into the Russell Index and there would be forced buying from the indexers.
Personally, I would prefer the buyback to be implemented first while the stock is still cheap.

I’m not aware of management’s thoughts or plans on listing FFBB.
It is clear though that listing on Nasdaq would force the indexers to buy as the market cap is much bigger than needed to be in the Russell Index.
Personally, I would prefer to implement the buyback while the stock is so cheap before the decision on whether to list or not is made.
